The Dream to Live Charitable Foundation is a participant in the Responsibility Award 2025! Nomination: \u201cHistory of Responsible Partnership: Communities\u201d<\/div>\n

For us, 2025 was the year when responsible partnership became a real tool for change. We submitted our story to the Responsibility Award in a category that recognizes initiatives that influence community development and create sustainable solutions for people.<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\ud83e\udd1d\"<\/span>In 2025, the Dream to Live Charitable Foundation received support within the framework of:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Small grants (SPIRIT Program \/ UK Government \/ Ministry of Social Policy \/ Social Protection Fund for Persons with Disabilities \/ UNICEF Ukraine \/ ISAR Unity)<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Amount of support: UAH 1,851,244.00<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
The project is implemented with the support of the UK Government under the SPIRIT program, in cooperation with the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, the Social Protection Fund for Persons with Disabilities, and UNICEF Ukraine, administered by ISAR Unity.<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
It is this cooperation that became the basis of our story for the Responsibility Award.<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\ud83c\udf08\"<\/span> What have we done together?<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
The partnership has made it possible to:<\/div>\n
\u2022 provide social services to children with disabilities in subgroup A;<\/div>\n
\u2022 create a safe, inclusive day care environment;<\/div>\n
\u2022 provide children with the necessary equipment and developmental materials;<\/div>\n
\u2022 support families raising children with disabilities;<\/div>\n
\u2022 expand access to social adaptation and integration in the community;<\/div>\n
\u2022 strengthen inclusive initiatives and establish a sustainable service in Kyiv.<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Cooperation with communities in the capital has allowed us to:<\/div>\n
\u2022 reach more families in need of support;<\/div>\n
\u2022 strengthen our institutional capacity;<\/div>\n
\u2022 enhance interaction between local authorities, the foundation, and families of children with disabilities;<\/div>\n
\u2022 make social services more accessible and of higher quality.<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\ud83d\udc99\"<\/span> Why is this story important?<\/div>\n
Because it is an example of how the state, community, and charitable sector can work together to bring about real change in the lives of children who need daily support, attention, and love.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

This partnership has become more than just a project.<\/div>\n
It is a model for how social services should work in 2025.<\/div>\n
