Charitable aid often addresses only one of these needs. Today, a family receives a food package. Tomorrow\u2014a consultation with a specialist. But who will help coordinate all these services so that they work toward a common goal?<\/div>\n

This is the problem of fragmented assistance\u2014when individual well-intentioned initiatives fail to form a continuous support system.<\/div>\n
