On December 20, the Dream to Live charitable foundation officially opened a new space for children with disabilities in Kyiv, a place that combines care, support and development. The space was created for socialization, leisure and assistance to children with disabilities and their families, becoming the first step towards large-scale changes in the approach to supporting such families.
