If you have filled out the application form for a specific date, you do not need to fill it out again for other dates — you will receive it on the date you specified during registration.
You must receive the School Dream project kit together with your child!!!

We are publishing screenshots with lists of the names of parents and children who filled out the application form in the first stage. If your surname is not on the lists, unfortunately, you will not be able to receive the aid. Distribution will be carried out only according to the lists that have been formed.
Before filling out the questionnaire, be sure to check your surname in the lists of participants in the first stage (published screenshots).
If you are not on the lists, do not fill out the questionnaire.
