On December 5, 2025, the Dream to Live Charitable Foundation attended the XIV Civil Society Forum, an important platform for discussing key challenges, trends, and transformations in Ukraine's social sphere.
The Forum included a panel discussion on the future of social services and the role of civil society organizations in their development. The discussion covered such important issues as:🔹 reforming the social sphere;
🔹 the role of the public sector in providing social services;
🔹 introducing new mechanisms for purchasing social services;
🔹 the first results of the small grants program and their impact on the development of partnerships;
🔹 strengthening cross-sectoral cooperation;
🔹 transition from maintenance to support and self-reliance;
🔹 ensuring synergy between all participants in the social support system — from children to the elderly;
🔹 changing public perception of the social sphere: from survival to development.
For our foundation, attending the Forum was an important opportunity to be close to the professional community working on the development of Ukraine's social sphere. We sincerely thank the event organizer, ISAR Unity, for the invitation and the opportunity to attend.
