The “Dream to Live” Charitable Foundation is launching a comprehensive development and care service for children with disabilities who are registered residents of the Podilsky District of Kyiv, as well as for children who are internally displaced persons (IDPs) living in the Podilsky District.
The service is being implemented as part of a pilot project approved by Resolution No. 764 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated June 25, 2025.
The “Dream to Live” Charitable Foundation is included in the official List of providers of social services for the comprehensive development and care of children with disabilities.

The service is free of charge for families.The service is intended for children with disabilities aged 6 and older who require significant or very significant support in their daily lives, development, and education, and who meet the criteria set forth in Resolution No. 764.
This is not simply a day program for children. The service combines:
day care; development and socialization; habilitation support; psychological support; educational support
Service format:5 business days per week, up to 8 hours per day

Service period:14.09.2026–17.12.2026
This service is designed not only to support the child. It also gives parents the opportunity to receive professional guidance, balance childcare with work and other family responsibilities, and have time to rest and recharge.
