The “Dream to Live” Charitable Foundation is launching a comprehensive development and care service for children with disabilities who are registered residents of the Podilsky District of Kyiv, as well as for children who are internally displaced persons (IDPs) living in the Podilsky District.
The service is being implemented as part of a pilot project approved by Resolution No. 764 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated June 25, 2025.
The service is intended for children with disabilities aged 6 and older who require significant or very significant support in their daily lives, development, and education, and who meet the criteria set forth in Resolution No. 764.
This is not simply a day program for children. The service combines:
5 business days per week, up to 8 hours per day
