The "Dream to Live" Charitable Foundation is constantly looking for and sharing opportunities that can be useful for families raising children with disabilities.
A grant for free reanalysis of genetic data (RAW data) is now open, which is implemented by the University of Tartu (Estonia) in conjunction with the NGO "Ukrainian Society of Human Genetics".
The grant is designed for families raising children under 18 years of age with neurodevelopmental disorders, developmental disabilities, immunodeficiencies, metabolic disorders and other conditions where there is a suspicion of a genetic cause.
To participate, you must have RAW data or the ability to obtain them in the laboratory where the genetic study was conducted.
The organizers have provided 100 places, and the results of the previous project showed that in 45% of cases, reanalysis helped to clarify the diagnosis or adjust the child's further support.
The "Dream to Live" Charitable Foundation is not the organizer of the grant. We are publishing this information so that more Ukrainian families can learn about the opportunity to receive free genetic data reanalysis.
