The founder and head of the Dream to Live Charity Foundation, Iryna Popovska, spoke at the international conference “The Future Role of Civil Society in Service Delivery in Ukraine”
During the discussion, Iryna Popovska shared her experience of our foundation’s work, spoke about supporting children with disabilities and their families, as well as the role of public and charitable organizations in the development of social services in Ukraine.
It is a great honor for us to be part of a professional dialogue that brings together representatives of civil society, international partners, charitable organizations, and the public sector to find effective solutions and develop quality social services
