The Dream to Live Charitable Foundation is considering participating in a pilot project to introduce TippyTalk, a digital alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) tool for children with speech difficulties.
We plan to implement this service at the “World of Opportunities” inclusive center as an additional tool for socialization and development of children's communication skills.
TippyTalk is an application that helps nonverbal or partially nonverbal children:
• build sentences using images
• voice their needs
• reduce frustration
• interact better with adults and peers
• gradually develop independent communication skills
It is important for us to understand:
• how many children in our community have communication difficulties
• whether there is a need to implement AAC tools
• how many families are ready to join the pilot testing
• what support is needed (training, support, consultations)
Your answers will help us:
Participation in the survey does not oblige you to participate in the project. This is only a stage of information gathering.
Thank you for your trust and cooperation. Together, we are creating more opportunities for our children.
