On December 3, 2025, Iryna Popovska, founder and chairwoman of the Dream to Live Charitable Foundation, took part in the National Forum on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities: Barrier-Free Restoration of the Country — an important event that brings together representatives of civil society organizations, activists, and experts to change attitudes toward people with disabilities in Ukraine and bring our country closer to standards of accessibility and equal rights.
During the forum, urgent issues of inclusion, accessibility, the rights of people with disabilities, and the role of the public sector in the country's recovery were discussed.
We believe that only through joint efforts can we rebuild Ukraine, where every person will have equal opportunities.
