On October 2, 2025, Irina Popovskaya founder and chairwoman of the Dream to Live Charitable Foundation, took part in the Dialogue Meeting “From Small Grants to Big Changes,” which was held at the Mercure Kyiv Congress Hotel.
The event brought together representatives of international organizations, government agencies, and the public sector to discuss the role of grant programs in the development of social services. Key speakers included representatives of the British Embassy, UNICEF in Ukraine, the Ministry of Social Policy, the Social Protection Fund for Persons with Disabilities, and other experts.
Iryna Popovska joined the panel “Small Grants Program: Icebreaker for the Implementation of a Universal Mechanism for the Procurement of Social Services” as the head of the foundation and a recipient of small grants. She shared her practical experience in implementing projects that help children with disabilities and their families, and also talked about the results that have been achieved thanks to the support of partners and donors.
The meeting became an important platform for exchanging experiences, developing new solutions, and developing partnerships that allow social initiatives to have a greater impact even in the most difficult times.
