The team from the “Dream to Live” Charitable Foundation took part in a two-day training session titled “Fundraising, Project Management, and the Development of Community Initiatives.” 
During the training, participants worked on topics such as resource mobilization, donor outreach, grant proposal preparation, project management, and ensuring the sustainable development of community initiatives.
For our team, this is an opportunity to deepen our knowledge, learn about new tools, and discover approaches that will help us more effectively develop the foundation’s activities and implement projects to support children with disabilities and their families. 
We are convinced that team development is a crucial component of the organization’s growth, as new knowledge and experience help us find more opportunities to make a positive impact.
